Stomachache is real – Ch.10 – Interview

Manager Lin Da* accepted an interview program for Yue Du, when the host asked film emperor Yue about his marriage life, she originally wanted to give Yue Du a chance to show affection, to create a Yue Du who has a happy marriage, and a happy family persona, as a result, Yue Du screwed it up.

(I’m not sure if his name is Lin Da or if it’s ‘Great manager Lin’ since there is little punctuation in Chinese, it can be confusing sometimes)

Living together

Yue Du used to argue with Liang ZiTeng, but manager Lin Ping said: “You two seem to be arguing every day, but in fact, you appreciate each other.”

Stomachache is real – Ch.7 – Double-faced does not exist

The new plot began: 

The teacups were displayed on the table, withered flowers and leaves, the surroundings were quiet, and the two were sitting opposite each other.

As I have stated before, I have tenosynovitis, I went to the doctor and they gave me a splint but it still hurts although it’s been two months so I told them to send me to the physical therapist to see if he can do something, I had a first session with him and he said to wear the splint only if it really hurts and we’re doing exercises. Hopefully, it will heal quickly but yeah, it’s one of the reasons I haven’t been able to update as often as before. Thank you for your understanding!

Stomachache is real – Ch.6 – Alright, it’s a display of affection

The first half of the plot was over, and the rest of the plot will not start until the next day.

Ye Meng was very interested in Yue Du’s script, and kept asking questions on the way back to the hotel.

“You talk a lot.” Yue Du played with Liang ZiTeng’s hand, not really wanting to talk to her.

Ye Meng rolled her eyes, and became addicted to acting. She pinched her throat and said delicately: “The concubine is worried about losing His Majesty’s favors.”

The theme of this program is love which travels through time and space, the four couples have to first change into the costumes of their previous lives, Yue Du and Liang ZiTeng have drawn the script of the ancient emperor and empress.

I made so many notes for this chapter, I thought it was never going to end. I made a note on the website front page but due to thumb tenosynovitis (basically inflammation), I’m taking a short hiatus of 1-2 weeks until it gets better because, at the moment, it is quite painful for me to move my thumb. I only get to update this chapter because I was halfway done. I just hope it goes away, I have ointment and everything so I haven’t been to the doctor yet, I’ll see how it goes next week. But I probably won’t update until the end of the month/early March.
